Originally created as a simple Warm Up Bar for arm, shoulder and overall body mobility, the Kinetic WUBAR™ has evolved into a high quality, versatile & lightweight bar for the Olympic Weight Lifting & CrossFit® communities (to name a few).

High Quality

The WUBAR is not intended as a weight bearing bar but it is made of a high quality & durable pvc material that is both strong a flexible. The markings are both a visual & tactile indicator for proper positioning that will help improve techniques for Olympic Weight Lifting and other CrossFit movements. It is made of a smooth, glossy 'pure PVC’ without any heavy metals, noxious plasticizers or poisonous chemicals - safe no matter how much you grip it or sweat on it. The high contrast design enhances instructors' ability to teach groups of student or members with visual ease. They come in 9 different colors (and one limited edition color scheme) to fit the branding & color scheme of your box or business.

Versatile

The WUBAR can easily support exercise movements that can be combined to create rigorous workouts that stand on their own, but the true versatility it offers is the ability to enhance warm ups that can improve range of motion and mobility for almost any sport including volleyball, tennis, baseball, soccer and a variety of martial arts. It’s also quite beneficial for augmenting rehabilitation programs for injured athletes & patients as well as gentle, lightweight exercise programs tailored to geriatric communities.

Modifiable

The WUBAR can also be filled with water, sand, concrete or other materials to provide weighted experience for an intermediate level of warmup or technique work in preparation for movements with a normal, weighted, metal bar bell. Our flush-mounted, domed end caps can be attached with regular pvc glue and provide a smooth, low profile closure for a clean look and a ton of extra functionality. We even offer six color variations in case you want to color code the weight in an easy & visual way.
